For the
57th Carnegie International, Lenka Clayton and Jon Rubin turned the 10,632 rejected titles from past
Internationals into hand-lettered text paintings—free to anyone to take out of the museum and put in their own home. I designed the gallery guide as a simple but complete list of the titles. (It did double duty as a checklist for the letterers.) I also designed a certificate of authenticity and a stamp for the back of each painting. Mine sits on our dining room credenza. 6.5 x 12, 24 pages.
